ソラマメ今年は採れましたFava beans were harvested this year

長崎旅行の最終話を一つ残しておりますが
今日は昨日食べたソラマメを・・・
採れたての美味しさってありますよね
飼い主は まだ実がパンパンになっていない
少し柔らかめのソラマメが好きです
昨日採ったのはいろいろ混ざってたのでそれぞれ味わいました
その日食べる分だけ採ったのでこんな感じ
今年採れたソラマメ
売っているもののように大きくはないですし 形も不揃いですが
このソラマメ 実はど根性ソラマメなんです（笑）
あまり日の当たる場所でない一角にタネを蒔いてみたところ
発芽と５０センチほどまでの成長はよかったのですが
やはり もやしっ子な状態なのでそのまま倒れてしまっていました
補助をつけてあげていたら大丈夫かもしれなかったんですけど
あまりにも細かったので収穫は難しいかなっと思って
しばらくそのままにしてたんです
すると 気が付いたときには 倒れたところからまた上に茎が伸びて
こんどは けっこうしっかりとした茎になってたんです
支柱をつけてあげて そのあとは ほったらかし・・・
美味しいソラマメを作ってくれました😊
もっとその植物に合った管理法などあると思うけど
今は多品種を植えているので
一度植えてみてから次の年に対策を考えるという感じですね
そして 全部皮をむいて取り出したのは
ぷりぷりツヤツヤです
薄い出汁でにて少し甘めの味付けで食べました
今度は さやごと焼いて食べてみようかなっと思ってます
したことないんですけど ソラマメご飯 とかも美味しそうですね
いつも食べた後に思うんですけど
写真とっとけばよかったなって・・・
食欲が勝ってしまって 先に食べてしまうんですよね 飼い主・・・
ソラマメご飯は 初めてになるので 写真撮らないと。。。
写真でちょっと気になるのが パソコンの画面の設定を
ブルーライトを弱くするようにしたんです
全体的に色が変わってるんですけど
写真の色が実際の色と違うので ちょっと 判断が難しいんですよね
ただ 目には随分いいように感じます
こんな機能があるのなら パソコン教室のもそうしとけばよかったかな？？？
でも検定とかで色の指定とかあったら なんか違うよな
なんてなりそうなので 家のパソコンだけにしといたほうがいいかもですね😊

Freshly picked is delicious, isn’t it?
The owner has not yet grown the fruit.
I like broad beans that are a little softer.
The ones I picked yesterday were mixed with various things, so I tasted each one.
I picked as much as I ate that day, so it’s like this

It’s not as big as the ones they sell, and the shape is irregular.
This broad bean is actually a gutsy broad bean (laughs).
I sowed seeds in a corner that was not very sunny.
Germination and growth up to about 50 cm were good.
After all, I was in a state of bean sprouts, so I just fell down.
It might have been okay if I had given them assistance.
It was so thin that I thought it would be difficult to harvest.
I left it there for a while.
Then, when I noticed it, the stem grew upward again from where I fell.
It was a pretty solid stem.
Give them a prop, and then leave it alone…
They made 😊 delicious broad beans
I think there is a management method that suits the plant better.

It’s like planting once and then thinking about countermeasures the next year.
And I peeled it all and took it out.
It’s plump and shiny.
I ate it with a thin broth and a little sweet seasoning.
Next time, I’m thinking of grilling the pods and eating them.
I’ve never done it, but broad bean rice looks delicious.
I always think about it after eating.

One thing I’m a little worried about in the photo is the setting of the computer screen
I tried to reduce the blue light.
The color has changed overall.
The color of the photo is different from the actual color, so it’s a little difficult to judge.
But it feels pretty good to the eyes.
If there was such a function, I should have done the same for the computer class???
But if there is a color specification in a test or something, it will be something different.
It’s going to be like that, so maybe 😊 it’s better to just stick to the computer at home.
